3/27/2013- Votacall Hosted VoIP - Boston, Massachusetts- Today both our offices (Sales & Operations/Support) were reminded about how a Telecom company truly remains successful, great customer service. Each office received a flower/fruit basket for an employee who were directly involved with the sale and install of a system for a customer. Its a great reminder of how important customer satisfaction is and the need to deliver an enjoyable experience. A company might have the strongest and most functional hosted voip platform, but if they cannot compliment it with customer service/satisfaction, its all for nothing.

A company might have the best product on the planet, but they will fail if they do not have the tools or capabilities to sell it.
