Votacall: Using VoIP and its Mobility to Cater to Customers in 32 States Across the United States

10/3/2012- Votacall VoIP – Boston, Massachusetts- Most companies go to regions of the United States that are inexpensive, while others go to where the customers are. At Votacall, we are a Boston Hosted VoIP Provider, with our sales office in the heart of downtown. There are thousands upon thousands of companies, large and small, within Boston and its suburbs. This allows us to be able to cater directly to them by being able to go meet them in person, offer a walk through, or simply comfort them because they know we are local. It definatley gives us a leg up over another voip provider because we know the trends of the region and can cater to their specific desires.

We do operate around the country and have sites in all states besides 12. The number of sites in each state ranges from 1 to 97. That 97 site state is obviously the one we are based out of, giving us the upper hand in Massachusetts VoIP. We have the relationships necessary to offer comparable service/features to customers outside Massachusetts and New England. We dedicate ourselves to our customers and strive to please them in every aspect of the Votacall Customer Experience.

The Votacall Managed Service is based on a VoIP Platform, composed of many services/features, including Votacall Mobility and Fixed Mobile Convergence. With this platform, we have the ability to cater to the customers no matter where they reside. This changes the view point of having to operate where the customers are. For example, we have almost a hundred Hosted VoIP sites within Massachusetts but have the Mobility to expand because VoIP and the Cloud have no boundaries. Therefore, the mobility we deliver customers and users benefits us as well, allowing us to provide our Votacall VoIP Platform to any customer, no matter their location.

In the long run, Boston was a great city to locate Votacall in because of its massive and innovative economy. Combining that great choice with the flexibility and mobility of VoIP has allowed us to install and Manage VoIP locations in 38 states throughout the United States of America. We have delivered immaculate customer service and deliver top of the line Cloud Communications to every customer we have. If we are able to continue to expand and keep our services better than the competition, I wouldn't be surprised if we were not in all 50 states within a couple years!
