She came in this morning and started to get set up at her new desk. With most telecommunication systems it may have been a pain for the desk to be sufficiently supplied with a working phone number and desktop computer. However, last week our boss had the IT team port in another phone line so she could have her own number. This way she can build her client list and is not on a borrowed phone or number. Because our owner and boss were VoIP pioneers, I am not surprised he was ahead of the game and set up her desk a week prior to her arrival. That is the effort and preparedness that success is built off of. For business owners and operators who prefer to be prepared, VoIP seems to be a good fit. Imagine a huge hurricane burying your local telephone lines among debris and water, leaving you without phones. Not replace that panicked image with Hosted VoIP and Managed Service, the image is quite nicer and less stressful. Instead of no phone lines, your communication system is completely intact, because you do not rely directly on telephone land lines. The old premise-based PBX systems are being switched for the more flexible, mobile and stable IP-PBX system that utilizes the Internet to host phone calls; leaving the customers with constant clear airways on which to communicate. Not all people have accepted VoIP because its a new idea and some individuals are against change. But as time has passed, more and more people have seen the benefits and positives of using VoIP and have located the best VoIP Provider for them. I believe that the flexibility is gives you by being able to add and remove the number of phone lines in an instant is unmatched. In addition, the mobility of being able to transfer phones from one building to another easily and hassle free creates a sense of trust with VoIP.
