This prediction is slowly proving to be true, but I am not claiming to be Nostradamus because for those who have had any exposure to the organization and their products most likely would have made the same claim. Broadsoft's revenue quarter over quarter and year over year since they went public has been increasing at a pace that has not been seen in telecom since the ATT monopoly days (probably an exaggeration, but that is what it feels like). Think about this, Broadsoft's growth has changed the business communications environment and becasue the company consistently exceeds expectations, Business Class Hosted VoIP forecasts will exceed predictions set forth by industry analysts. Simply stated, Hosted VoIP is the clear evolution in business communications and there is no denying. Those who are not considering Hosted VoIP as a viable product for either sale or purchase will be left behind...way behind - forget about relinquishing a competitive edge - there won't be a competition for those organizations to participate in.
