The reason why I say this, is because it was their blog that inspired this one. Being in the Hosted VoIP world, I must look and research innovations in the telecommunications industry to best position our cloud offers. Innovation is interesting in that it can be extremely gratifying as well as maddening. You could be on the cutting edge one moment and behind the next. The communications world is bursting with innovation and any VoIP PBX provider will state that it is a challenge to keep up. The more access to the latest and greatest will create more competition, but the Hosted VoIP Provider that has a clear innovation path and stays the course will prevent the commoditization of VoIP (or at least delay it) through value. One day innovation is your best friend and the next your Darth Vader, but it sure is exciting.
