If you are a "Do It Yourself" type of customer that has time to design, maintain and manage a Hosted VoIP solution, then a decision based on price may be the way to go. If sleepless nights and frustrating days do not bother you, then a decision based on price may be the way to go. If you do not mind being the sales rep, the pre-sale design engineer, the system design consultant, the onsite technican and the support department, then a decision based on price may be the eay to go.
If these things scare you, then price needs to take a backseat to Quality.
