11/1/2012- Votacall VoIP – Boston, Massachusetts- You all deserve an actual redundant system, one where the reliable service of VoIP is actually delivered. At Votacall, our servers and data centers are located around the country in order to maintain a reliable service. Therefore, if one region and server loses power, then our other servers will take over without the phones crashing. We deliver an actual Hosted VoIP system that is reliable, mobile and flexible.

Our competitor ShoreTel Sky had data centers and servers crash throughout the past week. This was due to hurricane Sandy which pummeled the east coast. Some may think this is a good excuse for losing phone service, we disagree because VoIP is suppose to deliver the customer with a disaster recovery system. Meaning, no company with hosted phones should lose service at any given time since the servers are redundant and within different locations. VoIP is suppose to cover a broad range of benefits with redundancy being a major one.

The idea of voip is suppose to encourage users that their phone systems will not crash during a disaster or storm. However, certain providers are not as reliable as others, meaning you should choose carefully. I would recommend you contact us at Votacall because we have the ability to deliver everything promised with voip, reliable, mobile, flexible and redundant service.
