If you are looking for a reliable and robust VoIP Communication Solution or....

.....a killer eggnog recipe, you have come to the right place!

We have talked enough about VoIP Communications this year, so right now we will focus solely on our Happy Cloud Eggnog Recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 6 Large Eggs
  • 1 cup of fine sugar (Happy Cloud likes it sweet)
  • 2 cups of whole milk
  • (Optional) 1 1/2 cup of bourbon, cognac or dark rum (1 1/2 cups will keep longer, weeks in fact)
  • 1 cup of Heavy Cream
  • Fresh nutmeg
  • Orange Food Coloring

Now lets get going!2_34.png

Step 1: Separate the eggs:

The Yolks and the Whites have a long standing fued and a propensity to fight, so separate them into 2 bowls.  Take the whites and put them in the refrigerator.

Step 2: Combine yolks & sugar, now whisk:

Happy Cloud does not care how you get it done, by hand or machine, just make sure it is smooth and yellowish.

Step 3: Add milk, cream and liquor (or not), now whisk:

Add the above to your smooth, creamy, yellowish gunk and whisk away.

Step 4: Refrigerate!

Cover and put it in the refrigerator! Let it chill for an hour.

Step 5: Invite people over:

Call some friends and family or send a more formal evite, regardless enjoy the holiday season with people that make you Happy!

Step 6: The Heat is on! Guests have arrived, un-chill your mix:

Take your mix out of the refrigerator, whisk the whites in a separate bowl (need to use a mixer) until whites form stiff peaks.  Combine the whites with the yellowish mix and stir until frothy.  Feel free to add a little more cream because eggnog is supposed to be good not good for you.

Step 7: The Grande Finale!

Pour your smooth, creamy, yellowish goodness into a pitcher.  Serve in fun glasses, but before you add the nutmeg....for a truly Happy Cloud eggnog experience, add a splash of orange food coloring! Then add the grated nutmeg and serve with a smile.  GOT_NOG-.png

We hope you enjoy the eggnog and the holiday season!
