Votacall Product Announcement: The Votacall Virtual User

Votacall has announced the immediate availability of the Votacall Virtual User for the Managed VoIP platform. The Virtual User was designed to fit the needs and price point of the true road warrior. The license comes with standard Call Forwarding capability providing a presence on a corporate solution to those only communicating via cell phone. Add a Voice Mail box to the Virtual User and Advanced Call Forwarding functionality can be utilized including Call Forwarding Selective. This Advanced Call Forwarding feature will forward calls that meet pre-defined criteria, all other calls will be handled by the end-users company Voice Mail box. Unified Messaging is supported when a Voice Mail box is added to the Virtual User allowing for the delivery of Voice Mail via Email.
