Today we take a moment to say thanks to one of the best of the best.
If you're a Votacall cloud phone system customer, chances are you know Aramis Tirado. For those that don't, let me get you up to speed.
He is definitely not your typical Technical Support Engineer and that's one of the reasons why we love him.
Aramis has a booming laugh, a smile you can hear through the phone, a genuine love of people, a natural empathetic way, a desire to make customers happy and an unquenchable thirst for problem solving.
Aramis embodies the Votacall Values and our commitment to a new type of communications Customer Experience. Without question, he is a major part of Team Votacall but there's another team that needs his help right now.
What many don't know is that Aramis is a Technical Sergeant in the Air Force Reserve and he is about to be deployed to the Middle East for 8 months.
Although we will try our best, we know that we cannot replace the energy, positivity and happiness that he brings to the Votacall Managed Service. It would just be impossible to replicate the Aramis way but we will rise to the occasion and do him proud in the process.
He will be missed but rather than shed a tear, we would love to hear(and I bet he would too) your favorite Aramis Customer Experience story.
