5/17/2012- Votacall Hosted VoIP & Cloud Based UC Solutions-In today's world, technology has a dominant ruling hand. however, it is the younger generation that might decide some of its future. In the tablet world there are many options including the IPad, Nook and Kindle with others throughout the world. They are all easy to use and appeal to the younger generations. There is a discussion about the use of news papers via tablets. A study shows that around 13-16% of young individuals are willing to pay for news on their tablets. While the older generation relies heavily on print news and hard-copys. This debate is similar to the old premise-based system compared to the VoIP communication services offered via the Cloud. This debate goes back to one of my recent blogs about the "old-school generation" and their non-willingness to accept change, especially when its dealing with technology. With all the WI-FI and 3G/4G being provided by phone carriers and Hosted VoIP Providers there is always access to data and communications. These services make the tablets much more useful and allow for users to really see how the idea of Cloud Communications can really accelerate their lifestyle which constantly revolves around communication and technology. Unified Communications (UC) remains one of the fastest growing business segments simply because the features are useful, easy and makes everyone more productive. With the Votacall services the users really see the Votacall Customer Experience. The entire UC package helps people use things such as tablets and tries to further the trend of the Cloud; even though everyone is not going to accept the changes overnight.
