4/18/12 - Votacall Hosted VoIP Call Center - Boston, Massachusetts - Votacall is pleased to announce enhancements to the Votacall Hosted Call Center suite. Votacall has added the cost effective real-time productivity tool, Votacall Unity to the Votacall VoIP Platform. Votacall Unity is a set of (3) GUI's (standard, Agent & Supervisor) which will provide presence, a real-time view into Queue(s) and real-time reporting on a Supervisor level. These real-time Call Center apps will allow for better Queue, Agent and Call Center management which is paramount because a Call Center is only as good as the productivity tools used to manage it.
