4/10/12 - Votacall Hosted VoIP - Boston, Massachusetts - CNN just ran an article about the potential for a Northeast gas price spike due to the recent closing of refineries in the area. It made me think of (2)things - 1. How can one avoid getting hit by a spike in prices 2. How can one cut thir gas expense in general. There is a simple answer to both questions: Hosted VoIP with Unified Communication (UC) integration. Before you start getting quotes on a VoIP Business Communication solution, you must understand that the definition of UC varies amongst providers which is most likely due to a providers inability to deliver a total UC solution. The only true Unifed Communications solution is a total solution. One that incorporates Voice (VoIP), Video, IM/Chat, Presence, VM to Email and One Number Reach Anywhere These are all tools that end-users should al have regardless of physical location. What is consider standard functionality is changing and eventually organizations will consider UC integration within a Business Class Hosted VoIP solution standard, much like Caller ID or Voice Mail are today. With travel and gas prices high and increasing at a dramatic rate, why wait on a technology that will not only be a savings but will also be a productivity tool by bring the office, colleagues and customers to you...and you to them.
