9/20/2012- Votacall VoIP – Boston, Massachusetts- Partnerships are essential to success in business and there are many different ways to establish them. There are joint ventures that can combine two companies key features and services and make it benefit both sides. This is done without combining the companies and has a better affect because both companies can keep their customers and clients. With VoIP, it is essential to get the right hardware and software combination. If a company only has one piece of the puzzle, then they will most likely fail because the customers expectations will not be met. At Votacall, we have several partnerships in the industry with large companies that allow us to offer a strong product/service line to users.

We do business with many companies including BroadSoft, Avaya, Comcast and Polycom. These relationships allow us to utilize the other companies strong points in an effort to compliment our services and maximize our strength within the VoIP industry. We are not the only partnership within the market, BroadSoft has a joint venture with Acme Packet that allows them to combine assets and be the strongest in the industry. If any of these companies was to lose these relationships, they would begin to struggle and would have to learn to survive on their own. For example, we purchase phone systems from distributors in order to pair with our services and sell to customers. If we were not able to buy these phone systems, our company would have to find another way to procure them. Otherwise we would be left being a Hosted VoIP Provider without any actual phones to implement our system onto.

We try and keep all relationships steady and positive. I feel this translates directly to our Votacall Customer Experience. If everyone we do business with is happy and positive, then our employees will act the same way when dealing with customers. Ultimately, this will translate to a better experience for the user because they are receiving the best product and service available. In addition, they are not receiving only one companies services, through relationships they are able to get the best of the industries relationships. Without relationships of any sort, business would not be able to function. They are essential for the world we know to function, and here at Votacall, we are constantly looking for ways to build new relationships while strengthening the ones we already have.
