10/3/2012- Votacall VoIP – Boston, Massachusetts- An organization must work as a team, otherwise the VoIP systems will turn to utter chaos. At Votacall, our sales team must cooperate seamlessly with our operations department. Who in turn, must operate with tech support in order to fix problems that arise with customers. The customer usually calls their respective sales representative who they establish a personal relationship with. They call if an issue arises or if they want additional features added to their system.

From there, our sales team calls operations and informs them about the problem or need. If the operations can take care of it right away they will and the issue will be resolved. However, if its a technical issue, operations will speak with support who ideally will get to the bottom of it. We are able to solve all issues on our side of the Managed Service. Some people don't realize that their other provider (Verizon or AT&T) might have some issues as well. There is a lot to go over when looking at a system, from porting numbers to setting up voice-mail boxes.

Things must be coordinated down to the smallest detail. There is a lot that goes into an install, from support porting the numbers to operations doing a training program for the customers employees. If one facet of our Votacall organization was unorganized, installs would not go smoothly and we could lose customers before the system was even in place.

Thankfully our whole company has employees who help one another out and communicate effectively This keeps productivity high and eliminates the possibility of things being forgotten. It all starts at the top, from the owner all the way down to the interns; Votacall strives to deliver the best customer experience to the customers. Our employees are motivated to continually innovate and improve the services/features. Ultimately, this delivers the Votacall VoIP Customer Experience that users want and need, leaving them very happy with the best phone system in the world.
