10/2/2012- Votacall VoIP – Boston, Massachusetts- The Hosted VoIP industry is highly competitive because its becoming more saturated every day. In order to stay ahead, companies must network and establish relationships with customers and partners. A company could have 1,000 sites they provide service too, but if those are all 1 unit phone systems with unsatisfactory service, then another company with great service and a variety of large and small sites could have an advantage.

At Votacall, we do business with all sizes of companies, trying to keep ourselves balanced. We have large companies that we provide over 100 different sites of service to. On the other side of the spectrum, we have numerous sites where their is only a couple users, such as small pizza shops or other small businesses. We need both to survive and prosper, if we stuck to just large companies, our revenue would be reduced because our customer service would falter. Being able to take care of small medium business (SMB) is critical to success. The Votacall VoIP Customer Experience is built off of our ability to service everyone with our friendly and personal sales and operations team. Without our family style of business, no customers would be satisfied and we would lose re-peat customers.

Another huge relationship to develop is partners. Without proper networking, our company would not be partners with BroadSoft, Avaya, Comcast, Polycom and Cisco among others. Without these relationships, our platform would be minimal and customers would start to choose the competition over us.

Without networking and relationships, business would not be as we know it today. Votacall would be a totally different company. However, thanks to our established relationships, we are on top of the VoIP industry and have been named the Avaya Partner of the Year three times! This just shows you how dedicated we are to our customers and treating them how we would want to be treated. We realize if it was not for our customers and partners, we would not be here today. Therefore, we are thankful for that and treat everyone according.
