And if these customers try and complain or demand to have their technology upgraded -- not because they want something extra, but just so they can be treated the same as new customers – they are pointed to the fine print in their Service Level Agreement (SLA), and told that they are out of luck. 

At Votacall, we believe that a "two-tier commitment to innovation" - one tier for existing customers and another (better) one for new customers - is unethical, unprofessional, unfair, and simply unacceptable.
