1/22/2013- Votacall Hosted VoIP & Cloud Based UC Solutions- Boston, Massachusetts- Certain companies have different ways of promoting hard work and awarding employees when certain sales numbers are met. For some, they decide to have compensation and commission. While on the other hand, some companies give commission with the hope that employees will be driven to work hard and earn those numbers the owners want. In the end, these companies will reward sales employees with some type of reward; such as dinner and drinks.

Some industries are not doing well and even the hardest working employees are having a tough time making quota. The Cloud industry is not having such an issue, with new clients switching over daily and plenty of business to be had. This is the reason Cloud Communication providers are becoming so successful. Companies such at Votacall were the first early adopters of the Cloud and were able to work out the kinks in their armor. Being ahead of the competition, Votacall was able to work out issues and problems with service in order to deliver the best among the industry. Nowadays, their voip platform remains one of the best available and ownership can focus on keeping employees motivated and happy. When you have content employees, they tend to have a positive impact on their customers. If the mood within a company is poor and sub-par, then the whole companies transactions and operations will be unsatisfactory towards customers. Inevitably, leaving the company struggling and possibly out of business.

If a company does not award employees for hard work then they will become disgruntled and sales numbers will go down. When it comes to the Cloud, most employees are self-motivated and happy because they enjoy what they do. The jobs are hard but rewarding and allow an employee to enjoy the work day. Since employees are in good spirits, they transfer that positive energy to their Cloud and VoIP customers and attain success.
