9/27/2012- Votacall VoIP – Boston, Massachusetts- Before many companies will choose a Hosted VoIP Provider, they will want to speak with several references within their general region. I understand this, if your going to spend the money on a product with a new company, you need to do your research and make the right choice. You owe that to your company and employees. If a provider does not want to give out references or cannot deliver any, seriously start questioning the reasons.
If a provider starts talking about how they have customers all over the country and their coverage map is really well spread, ask for it. Make sure you see it and guarantee for yourself that they actually are telling you the truth. Not only will you gain the necessary references but you will be able to figure out if they are telling you the truth. There needs to be trust between the customer and Cloud Communication service providers or the relationship will not work for either side.
IT goes back to my blog about relationships and how necessary they are for success. If you are a prospective client and can speak to several references and truly see they are a great company who take care of their customers. If the references show you they pride themselves in taking care of the user, then you should be happy to hear your choosing the right provider. At Votacall, we pride ourselves in taking care of our users first. Our Votacall VoIP Customer Experience will deliver exactly what the customers desire, a well managed service with a personal sales team, while cutting your communication costs to a fraction at the same time.
You can contact us at anytime and ask for references. We will be able to give you a contact who is in a similar industry as you and within the same general region. Our goal is to please, therefore we will try and offer anything you ask for. The idea is to build a relationships with customers that benefit both sides, allowing us both to succeed.
